WaveSoft was founded in Atlanta, GA in 1995 and has since relocated to Roswell (a suburb of Atlanta). It grew out of the need to provide IT outsourcing services in the then booming high tech industry. The company headquarter is located at 875 Old Roswell Rd, Suite B-300, Roswell, GA in the Old Roswell Exchange office complex. WaveSoft has consistently been profitable since its inception and has grown at a CAGR of about 106% per year. WaveSoft has provided services to a virtual who’s who of US industry including IBM, BellSouth, Delta Airline, Legato System, Convergys, Equifax, Sprint, MCI-Worldcom, Verizon, Computer Science Corporation, Enron, Arthur Anderson, Nationwide Insurance, Motorola, Scientific Atlanta, SITA, and I2 Technologies. We intend to utilize our existing infrastructure and relationship with our customers to diversify into this potentially huge value addition to complement our existing service offerings.

WaveSoft Inc. provides customer contact centers and IT enabled back office operations to US companies. We provide quality services at a cost effective manner by leveraging our unique strength in US market combined with our knowledge of the operations and economies of the contact centers and back office operations in India.

WaveSoft markets and operates contact centers based in India for our US customers. We support voice, web, email and fax interactions for US clients who are seeking to outsource critical business functions.

WaveSoft also has the critical know how and alliances to provide turnkey call center solutions, which would enable US Companies to establish their own call center or to customize the call center according to their requirements.

WaveSoft has brought People, Process and Technology under one umbrella to provide clients one stop solution for all call center service requirements. We can establish a call center, outsource existing call center, taking care of over flow traffic or enhancing the effectiveness of value added services like Email management, web chat etc. at the most cost effective manner.

We are forming a network of call centers all over India having 2000 seats in the 1st Phase covering host of activities including Inbound, Outbound Telemarketing, Web chat, Email management, Data center etc. WaveSoft would provide Dedicated Link between India and US with latest security features. We are also in process of setting up a Data center in Atlanta that would be replicated at Indian call center at regular Intervals to provide maximum data security.

WaveSoft has already established its web enabled call center facilities in NCR (Delhi), Banglore and Mumbai having 300 seats capacity and up-gradation capacity of 1000 seats.

WaveSoft is already implementing solutions for several Fortune 500 companies for their inbound customer support, outbound telemarketing, web chat and email management for outsourcing their services to the tune of 500 seats on a 24-by-7 basis.

We estimate that the resulting saving for the clients due to outsourcing ranges from 15-40 % depending on the service it outsource. We not only outsource the services but also customize it according to client requirement. Our Reporting tool, Billing solution and the performance tool would not only cut the cost but also help the companies in generating more revenue. When we say more revenue, it means greater customer satisfaction, more sales order for our clients. Our aim is to make our customers’ contact center a profit center and not a cost center.
