has entered into strategic alliance with Indian companies to market
its services to US clients who are seeking to outsource critical
business functions to India.
Wavesoft
has also entered into Alliance with companies who provides turnkey
call center solution provide which would enable US Companies to
either establish their own call center or to customize the call
center according to clients requirement.
Wavesoft has brought People, Process and Technology under one umbrella
to provide clients one stop solution for all call center service
requirement. We can establish a call center, outsource their existing
call center, taking care of over flow traffic or adding value added
services like Email management, web chat etc. at the most cost effective
manner.
We
are forming network of call centers all over India having 2000 seats
in the 1st Phase covering host of activities including Inbound,
Outbound Telemarketing, Web chat Email management, Data center etc.
Wavesoft would provide Dedicated Link between India and US with
latest security features. We are also in process of setting up a
Data center in Atlanta which would be replicated at Indian call
center at regular Intervals to provide maximum data security.
Wavesoft has already established its web enabled call center facilities
in NCR ( Delhi), Banglore, Chennai and Mumbai having 300 seats capacity and
up-gradation capacity of 1000 seats.
