Jay Gupta, President Sanjay
'Jay' Gupta co-founded Wave Soft in 1995. Mr. Gupta has managed
and guided various mission critical projects for IBM, Hewlett-Packard,
Bellsouth, Lockheed Martin, Sprint and Convergys. He is MBA
from Georgia Tech, Atlanta USA in Management of Technology and has
a Bachelor of Technology in computer science. He worked as Sr. Research
Associate at computer science department of the prestigious Indian
Institute of Technology(IIT), Kanpur, India. Mr. Gupta has significant
international exposure in his long career with the renowned Tata
group of companies in India. He has frequently written and shared
his experience in the field of e-commerce, object oriented technologies,
software development, project management and outsourcing strategies.
His industrial experience includes telecom, customer relationship
management (CRM), call center, IT consulting and professional services.
Ashutosh Agrawal, CTO
Ashutosh is responsible for business development, strategic alliances, formulating the business strategy and directing action for the US market. He has immense knowledge of Call center market in India/US making it an ideal combination to customize the business solutions for US companies to outsource their Call center requirement.
He is co-founder of Sapphire Callnet, a pioneer in call center industry in India. He was instrumental in exclusive alliance with Workforce Management Software company, BluePumpkin, Call center training-Achieve Global and server based call center solution company Interactive Intelligence. He was also responsible for strategic relationship with Vantive, Clarify, Siebel to provide ECRM solutions to its customers.
Prior to that he was involved in various telecommunication network projects and in setting up the guidelines for NMS with Department of Telecommunication and ITI Ltd. He was the team member of DSC communications, USA for doing the field trails for its SS-CDMA technology in India.
He has engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Regional Engineering College, Bhopal.
